For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for preferential calculation of length of service for purpose of pensions to the military personnel, faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of the Investigative Committee, the State committee of judicial examinations, law-enforcement bodies, bodies and divisions on emergency situations, bodies of financial investigations of the State Control Committee I decide:

1. Determine that:

1.1. in length of service for purpose of pensions to the military personnel passing military service under the contract, except for cadets (further - the military personnel), to faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of the Investigative Committee, the State committee of judicial examinations, law-enforcement bodies, bodies and divisions on emergency situations, bodies of financial investigations of the State Control Committee (further - faces of the commanding and ordinary structure) the military service (service) from calculation is on favorable terms set off:

1.1.1. one and a half months in one month of military service (service):

to aircrew of aircraft, except the types of aircraft specified in the paragraph the second subitem 1.1.2 of this Item;

on military positions (positions), accomplishment of job responsibilities on which is connected with systematic making of parachute jumps;

on military positions (positions) of divers of all names and specialties;

in the divisions of the Presidential Security Service of the Republic of Belarus performing personal protection of persons which are subject to the state protection;

to the staff of intelligence services who is directly performing foreign intelligence in the territory of other state;

to intelligence agents (all names) of law-enforcement bodies;

in operational and search divisions of the state security agencies;

on outposts, posts and in the divisions of the bodies of the border service serving on protection of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus equated to them;

in separately located radio engineering divisions which staff serves on protection of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus in airspace;
