Article 79 of the Maritime Code of the Russian Federation (Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 18, Art. 2207; 2011, No. 25, Art. 3534; 2012, No. 31, Art. 4321; No. 52, the Art. 7923) to add 2017, with Item 6 of the following content:
"6. The captain of seaport according to the procedure, established by federal executive body in the field of transport, prohibits calling of the foreign vessel seaport if such vessel is included in the list of courts which activities are connected with implementation of fishery with abuse of regulations and the requirements provided by international treaties of the Russian Federation, except for calling of such vessel seaport owing to disaster of the vessel, force majeure circumstances, assistance to the people or courts which are in danger or in distress or receipt of seaport by the captain from federal executive body in the field of safety of the message on need of carrying out survey of such vessel for seaport.
The list of courts specified in paragraph one of this Item goes to captains of seaports federal executive body in the field of fishery according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
