Article 1

Part 3 of Article 1 to add 1) with Items 10 and 11 of the following content:

"10) about the placement of the minor to detention center for minor offenders of law-enforcement body (further - detention center) or about prolongation of term of stay of the minor in detention center (further - the administrative case connected with stay of the minor in detention center);

11) about the placement of the minor to special teaching and educational facility of the closed type (further also - educational institution of the closed type), about prolongation of term of stay of the minor in educational institution of the closed type, about early termination of stay of the minor in educational institution of the closed type or about transfer in other educational institution of the closed type, about recovery of term of stay of the minor in educational institution of the closed type, about performing medical examination of the minor in involuntary procedure for determination of possibility of its placement to educational institution of the closed type (further - the administrative case connected with stay of the minor in educational institution of the closed type).";

2) in Article 5:

a) in part 3 the first offer to add with words "-parents, adoptive parents, guardians, custodians or other persons to whom this right is granted by the Federal Law";
