"Article 391. Violation of the law in the field of National Archive Fund

391.1. Violation of requirements of the legislation in the field of National Archive Fund, that is:

391.1.1. abuse of regulations of entering into structure of National Archive Fund of archives, archive funds and collections of documents, their exceptions of this structure or their destruction;

The form of provision of information about structure and amount of archive funds and use of documents of National Archive Fund by the body (structure) determined by the relevant organ of the executive authority responsible for making of the administrative offense provided by articles 391.1.3 and 391.1.4 of the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about administrative offenses arises after determination of procedure for use of documents of National Archive Fund.
