About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses and the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine of rather electronic confidential services and electronic identification

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1) in the Code of Ukraine About administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

in paragraph one of part one of Article 188-31 of the word "and legislations in the field of provision of services of the digital signature" shall be replaced with words "and legislations in spheres of electronic confidential services and electronic identification";

in part two of Article 279-1, of part two of Article 279-2, parts two, third Article 279-5 and part two of Article 279-6 of the word of "digital signature" shall be replaced with words "the qualified digital signature";

2) in the paragraph the second part six of Article 371 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (2013, Art. No. No. 9-13, 88) words "legislations in the field of electronic documents and electronic document management, and also the digital signature" shall be replaced with words sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "the laws of Ukraine "On electronic documents and electronic document management" and "About electronic confidential services".
