About modification of the Procedure for provision of information by the National commission on securities and the stock market on requests of bodies of the public executive service and private contractors

According to part two of article 133 of the Law of Ukraine "About the capital markets and the organized goods markets", the paragraph of the fourth Item 9 of the Section XIX "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications", the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Procedure for the provision of information by the National commission on securities and the stock market on requests of bodies of the public executive service and private contractors approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 29, 2016 No. 3409/5, the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 29, 2016 No. 1173, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 06, 2016 for No. 1579/29709, the following changes:

1) in Item 6 of the word "telecommunication networks" shall be replaced with words "electronic communication networks";

"Information and telecommunication systems" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 8 of the word "information and communication systems".

2. To department of supervision of the capital markets (Mosentsev K.) provide publication of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
