About modification of the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 30, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of ensuring stable activities of banks and timely accomplishment of obligations to investors and other creditors by them the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Make to the section III of the Instruction on procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 28, 2001 No. 368, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2001 for No. 841/6032 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Item 2.2 of Chapter 2:

in the subitem "e" "subitems 1, 3" to replace the word and figures with the word and figure of "subitem 1";

add the subitem "zh" with the new offer of the following content: "The documents determined in the subitem 3 of Item 170 of Chapter 19 of the Section III of Provisions No. 149, can not be represented in the cases provided in Item 170-1 of Chapter 19 of the Section III of Provisions No. 149.";

add Item with the new paragraph of the following content:
