Determine that shall provide Council of non-state pension fund (further - the pension fund) to the administrator with whom the agreement on administration of the pension fund is signed, in shape and the method defined by this agreement, notifications on the conclusion (renewal), prolongation (prolongation of effective period) and termination (cancellation) of the agreement(s) on asset management of the pension fund and the service agreement of the pension fund by the keeper or about the termination of effective period of such agreements if the relevant agreement was not prolonged, and also changes to agreements concerning effective period of such agreements, within 3 working days from the date of approach of the corresponding event (the conclusions (renewal), prolongation (prolongation of effective period), termination (cancellation), the termination of effective period of the relevant agreement if the relevant agreement was not prolonged, or introduction of amendments to the agreement concerning effective period of such agreement).
