About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

Based on part seven of Article 15-2 and part four of article 61 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 1992 "About environmental protection" and in pursuance of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2022 No. 247 "About exit of the Republic of Belarus from the international treaty" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 1982-XII

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Item 7 of the Regulations on procedure for the conducting public environmental assessment approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 29, 2010 No. 1592:

the second to state part in the following edition:

"The project documentation can be submitted to initiators paid based on the civil agreement within terms and on the conditions established by the civil agreement and this Provision.";

after part two to add Item with part of the following content:

"The amount of payment for provision of the project documentation determined by the civil agreement cannot exceed economically reasonable costs connected with its provision.";

1.2. in Regulations on procedure for the organization and carrying out public discussions of drafts of ecologically significant decisions, ecological reports on strategic ecological assessment, valuation reports of impact on the environment, accounting of the made ecologically significant decisions, No. 458 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2016:
