2. And the vehicles moved with transit through customs area of the Republic of Kazakhstan to perform customs goods inspection only from written specifying of the chief of customs authority or replacement his face, in cases:

1) existence of threat of homeland security, life and to health of the person, environment, preserving cultural property of the people of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) in the presence of good causes to believe that the moved goods do not correspond declared to transit through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) violations of the means of identification imposed in customs authority of departure.
