1.1. The main terms used in this Law have the following values:

1.1.1. individual accounting in system of the national social insurance (further - individual accounting) - the organization and accounting of data, the stipulated in Article 5.2 presents of the Law, concerning each insured person for providing the right to work pension and other rights in the field of social protection according to the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic;
