Article 34 to add 1) with item 4 of the following content:

"4. Based on the motivated petition of the controlling debtor of person the Arbitration Court takes out determination about involvement of the specified person to participation in the case of bankruptcy. This determination can be appealed.

From the moment of removal of the determination specified in paragraph one of this Item, person controlling the debtor has the right to participate in the case of bankruptcy by consideration of questions which solution can influence attraction it to responsibility, and also on the extent of such responsibility, including appeal the court acts adopted on the matters.

Submission of the petition for attraction to participation in the case of bankruptcy is not recognition by the declared fault his face in making of the actions and (or) failure to act attracting attraction it to responsibility.";
