About modification of Item 22.5 of Traffic regulations

Make change to Item 22.5 of the Traffic regulations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 41, Art. 1852; 2022, No. 16, the Art. 860), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"In the period of warlike situation in Ukraine and within three months from the date of its termination or cancellation of the requirement of paragraphs of the first and second this Item do not extend to vehicles which perform transportation of goods for the purpose of their use for ensuring defense capability of the state according to the solution of military command for the benefit of which such transportation is performed.".
