1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on recultivation of the lands broken in the course of use of natural resources" of August 18, 2017 No. 517 the following change:
in the Regulations on recultivation of the lands broken in the course of use of natural resources, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to state paragraph two of Item 4-1 in the following edition:
"At the same time banks shall provide lump sum payments upon the demand of authorized bodies for the purpose of holding actions for recultivation.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
