Make change to Item 162 of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade by medicines, import of the medicines (except active pharmaceutical ingredients) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 929 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 99, of the Art. 3217), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"Realization (leave) of medicines (including with use of information and communication systems by remote method) to juvenile persons, and also delivery of medicines to the final consumer - to juvenile person is forbidden. If person which is directly performing retail trade by medicines and/or delivery of medicines to the final consumer had doubts concerning achievement of 14-year age by the buyer who buys medicines, person which is directly performing retail trade by medicines and/or delivery of medicines to the final consumer shall address it the buyer with the requirement to show the passport of the citizen of Ukraine or other document confirming it age. In case of refusal the buyer realization (leave) of medicines is forbidden to provide such document to this person.".
