ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About modification of Rules of determination of number of insured persons for the purpose of forming of the budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund, budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation and budgets of territorial funds of compulsory medical insurance

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of determination of number of insured persons for the purpose of forming of the budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund, budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation and budgets of territorial funds of compulsory medical insurance approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 9, 2018 No. 1337 "About approval of Rules of determination of number of insured persons for the purpose of forming of the budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund, budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation and budgets of territorial funds of compulsory medical insurance" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 47, the Art. 7261).

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023 and extends to the legal relationship arising in the course of forming of the budget of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund, budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation and budgets of territorial funds of compulsory medical insurance starting with budgets for 2024 and the next years.
