Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2014 No. 665 "About activity lists, productions, professions, positions, specialties and organizations (organizations) taking into account which the insurance pension on old age is ahead of schedule granted, and rules of calculation of the periods of work (activities) granting the right to early provision of pensions" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 30, the Art. 4306) to add with Items 3 (2) and 3(3) following contents:

"3(2). Are equated to the work granting the right to early provision of pensions according to articles 30 and 31 of the Federal law "About Insurance Pensions" in calendar procedure directly following it:

a) the periods of passing of military service on mobilization in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation;

b) the periods of passing of military service according to Item 7 of article 38 of the Federal law "About Conscription and Military Service" under the contract on passing of military service taking place since February 24, 2022;

c) the periods of stay in the voluntary forming promoting accomplishment of the tasks assigned to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation during mobilization, action of warlike situation in wartime, in case of armed conflicts, when carrying out counter-terrorist operations, and also when using the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the Russian Federation.
