Determine that ensuring discharge of duty on payment of customs duties, taxes are not provided in case of conditional release of the goods placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption using the tariff privileges provided by subitems 7.1.40 and 7.1.42 - 7.1.47 Items 7 of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 to No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union", integrated to restrictions on use and (or) the order with these goods.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since March 28, 2022.
