1. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of November 1, 2007 No. 284/74 "About approval of standard forms of purchase and sale agreements, exchanges, donations of the motorized vehicle, trail car to it (except for the wheel tractor and trail car to it)";
the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of July 9, 2008 No. 200/40 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of November 1, 2007 No. 284/74".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 22, 2023.
