Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for implementation of international treaties and other agreements which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic, regarding exemption of taxes, duties and other payments" of April 12, 2011 No. 155 the following changes:
in Regulations on procedure for implementation of international treaties and other agreements which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic, regarding exemption of taxes, duties and other payments, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. The exemption of taxes, duties and other payments regulated by international treaties and other agreements extends to the international organizations, prime contractors in case of their registration in tax authorities of the republic, and also on sales offices of projects which perform activities for the agreements signed within implementation of international treaties and other agreements.";
