Bring in the Procedure for the provision of information by the National commission on securities and the stock market on requests of bodies of the public executive service and private contractors approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 29, 2016 No. 3409/5, the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 29, 2016 No. 1173, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 06, 2016 for No. 1579/29709, the following changes:

1) in Item 6 of the word "telecommunication networks" shall be replaced with words "electronic communication networks";

"Information and telecommunication systems" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 8 of the word "information and communication systems".

2.
