THE RESOLUTION OF THE NATIONAL AGENCY ON REGULATION IN POWER

of December 29, 2006 No. 227

About approval of the Regulations on functioning in parallel with electric utility system of the power plants intended for internal use

Being effective according to articles 5 and 6 of the Law N137-XIV of 17.09.98 on electrical energy (N111-113 OHM of 17.12.98) for the purpose of regulation of the relations between the distribution or transferring companies and consumers owners or owners of the power plants intended for internal use, the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on functioning in parallel with electric utility system of the power plants intended for internal use it (is applied).

2. The provision specified in item 1 of this resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
