About enforcement of the Section IX of the Tax code

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Article 1. Enforcement

The Section IX of the Tax code becomes effective since January 1, 2007.

Article 2. Modification of some regulations to the Government:

a) to submit to Parliament of the offer on reduction of the current legislation in compliance with the Section IX of the Tax code within three-months term;

b) before enforcement of the Section IX of the Tax code:

- bring the regulations into accord with the Section IX of the Tax code;

- provide review and cancellation by the ministries and other central administrative authorities of the regulations contradicting the Section IX of the Tax code;

c) provide publication in full in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova of the Tax code N1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 and the relevant laws on enforcement of Sections of the Tax code.

Article 3. Final and transitional provisions

(1) the Tax liabilities on the road charges which arose till January 1, 2007 are regulated according to the legislation existing at the time of their origin.
