1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2006 No. 63, the following changes:
1.1. Item 16 part one after the words "real estate" to add with the words "if other is not established by this Instruction";
1.2. in part one of Item 32 of the word "article 47 of the Code" shall be replaced with words "article 61 of the Code";
1.3. add the Instruction with Item 33-1 of the following content:
"33-1. In case of the certificate of the agreement of alienation of the parcel of land the notary receives data on its cadastral cost by means of remote access to the register of cost of lands, the parcels of land of the state land cadastre (further - the register of cost) with use of the global computer Internet via the website http://vl.nca.by of the republican organization for state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it (further - the website http://vl.nca.by) in the form of the simple information message.
Search of data on the cadastral cost of the parcels of land located in the rural settlements, the cities and settlements of city type registered in the single state register of real estate, the rights to it and the transactions with it for date of cadastral assessment containing in the register of cost is performed according to cadastral number of the parcel of land or the address.
