According to Item 3 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of August 15, 2022 "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine concerning release from the taxation of the charitable help paid for benefit of members of families of wounded and the died combatants during participation in repulse of the armed aggression and ensuring national security of Ukraine" of the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER to No. 2516-IX:
1. In the Section XII of form of the one-time (special) voluntary declaration approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 02, 2021 No. 439, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 19, 2021 for No. 1090/36712, of figure "01.11.2023", "01.11.2024" to replace respectively with figures "01.05.2024", "01.05.2025".
2. In the paragraph the second Item 3 of the Section I of the Procedure for the provision of the one-time (special) voluntary declaration approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 02, 2021 No. 439, of the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 19, 2021 for No. 1090/36712, and figure "till September 01, 2022" shall be replaced with words also in figures "till March 01, 2023".
3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
