According to Item 13 parts one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", the Law of Ukraine "About depositary system of Ukraine", for the purpose of settlement of some questions concerning document storage during implementation of depository activity the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Add the Regulations on procedure for ensuring existence of personalized securities electronically approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of January 22, 2014 No. 47, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 06, 2014 for No. 241/25018, the new Section of the following content:

"VI. Destruction of documents

1. The central depositary has the right after completion of three years from the date of acceptance by the National commission on securities and the stock market of the decision on cancellation of registration of certain issue of securities of documentary form of existence to destroy such documents which are at it stored on this issue of securities:

the copy of the delivery-acceptance certificate of the register / copy of the register / the information reference and documents on the existing encumbrances securities obligations in depository institution received (received) from the issuer;

the register of owners of personalized securities received from the issuer according to this Provision;

all documents which are part of system of the register of owners of personalized securities and those that remained stored with the Central depositary as at the representative on storage after document transfer of system of the register to the issuer.
