About modification of the Regulations on payment procedure of insurance pension to persons leaving (left) on permanent residence of the territory of the Russian Federation
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Regulations on payment procedure of insurance pension to persons leaving (left) on the permanent residence of the territory of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 17, 2014 No. 1386 "About payment procedure of pensions to persons leaving (left) on permanent residence of the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code 2014, No. 52, Art. 7774; 2016, No. 34, Art. 5250; 2019, No. 19, Art. 2274; 2020, No. 37, Art. 5730).
2. To fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation:
within 3 months from the date of entry into force of this resolution to provide technical readiness of information system of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation for reception of applications, arriving from the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)";
within 6 months from the date of entry into force of this resolution together with the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation to perform development and placement in the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" of the interactive application form for the purpose of continuation of pension payment in the corresponding period according to the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2023.
