About introduction of amendments to the Law on the legal aid guaranteed by the state, No. 198/2007

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the legal aid guaranteed by the state, No. 198/2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 157-160, 614), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In all text of the law of the word "Bar" shall be replaced with words "The union of lawyers of the Republic of Moldova and Bar" in the corresponding case.

2. In the article 2 "paralawyer" after the word "knowing" to add with words ", as a rule,".

3. In part (3) Article 11 the second offer to state in the following edition: "The term of office of the member of National council constitutes four years.".
