About modification of the Section 6 "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the Ukrainian cultural foundation" concerning features of activities of the Ukrainian cultural foundation for action of warlike situation
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Item 2-1 of the Section 6 "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the Ukrainian cultural foundation" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 19, Art. 238; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of June 19, 2022 No. 2307-IX) to state in the following edition:
"2-1. Determine that the regulation of the paragraph of third of part one of article 14 of this Law concerning implementation of financing of the current activities and material logistics of the Ukrainian cultural foundation, activities of advisory councils of Fund in the amount which is not exceeding 16 annual interest rates of receipts of the Ukrainian cultural foundation from all sources is not applied till last day (inclusive) in which the warlike situation is stopped or repealed".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
