About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2022"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2022" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2022, No. 3, Art. 12 with the following changes) the following changes:

1. Add Article 11 with Item 12 of the following content:

"12) the means received in connection with execution of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of forced withdrawal in Ukraine of objects of the property right of the Russian Federation and its residents".

2. In Article 14:

Item 26 after words "according to the Law of Ukraine "About features of regulation of the relations in the natural gas market and in the field of heat supply during action of warlike situation and further recovery of their functioning" to add with words "services in centralized supply of cold water and drainage system (with use of intra house systems), services of centralized water supply and centralized water disposal according to the Law of Ukraine "About measures, the debts directed to settlement of the heatsupplying and heatgenerating organizations and the companies of centralized water supply and water disposal";

add with Item 27 of the following content:

"27) fund of mitigation of consequences of the armed aggression that "The fund of mitigation of consequences of the armed aggression" (code 3511430) (at the expense of the sources determined by Item 12 of article 11 of this Law) is supposed according to the budget program of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (nation-wide expenses and crediting)".
