About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Land code No. 828/1991 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 107, of the Art. 817), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In Article 34 of the word "or rent" shall be replaced with words ", the rent or other payments according to the applied form of transfer to use,".

Art. II. - In article 28 of the Law on fish fund, fishery and fish breeding No. 149/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 126-130, 597), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

in part (5) words "lands of agricultural purpose." shall be replaced with words "lands of water fund.";

"(7) Owners of hydraulic engineering constructions perform right to use by lands of water fund for a fee, bearing maintenance responsibility of water object, including for strengthening of hydraulic engineering constructions, in the procedure established by the Government.";

"(7-1) For the purpose of use of waters for fish breeding the owner of the hydraulic engineering construction shall have nature protection permission to the special water use issued in the procedure established by the legislation.".

Art. III. - Part (1) article 6 of the Law on management of public property and its privatization No. 121/2007 (2007, Art. No. 90-93, 401), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the Items a-2) and a-3) of the following content:
