About modification of some Orders of the Government (support of families with children)

Based on part (2) articles IV of the Law No. 195/2022 on modification of some regulations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 246-250, 478), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1478/2002 about benefits to families with children (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 154-157, 1612), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 2 of the resolution the text "monthly allowance on education of the child before achievement of age of 3 years" shall be replaced with words "monthly allowance on education of the child";

2) in the Provision:

a) in all text texts "monthly allowance on education of the child before achievement of age of 3 years by it", "benefit on education of the child before achievement of age of 3 years by it", "monthly benefit on education of the child before achievement of age of 3 years by it" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "monthly allowance on education of the child" in the corresponding grammatical form;

b) in Item 4-2:

the subitem b) to state in the following edition:

"b) from the date of provision of child care leave for a period of 24 months. For the period child care leave after the expiration of 24 months of leave and before achievement of 3 years by the child of age monthly allowance on education of the child is not provided";

add with the subitem c) the following content:

"c) from the date of provision of child care leave for a period of 12 months. For the period child care leave after the expiration of 12 months of leave and before achievement of 3 years by the child of age monthly allowance on education of the child is not provided";

c) in Item 6-1:

the subitem b) to state in the following edition:
