1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 29, 2019 No. 280 "About approval of Standard rules of realization of mechanisms of price stabilization on socially important food products" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 19123) the following changes and amendments:

8-2) forward – the derivative financial instrument, the buyer (or the seller) which undertake the obligation after certain term to purchase (or to sell) underlying asset on agreed terms in the future;";
