About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About compulsory insurance"

Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Item 27 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:

Article 1. Make the following changes to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About compulsory insurance" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2011, No. 9, Art. 788; 2013, No. 7, Art. 776; 2014, No. 7, Art. 778, No. 12, Art. 1523, 2016, No. 2 (volume I), Art. 185, No. 3, Art., Articles 27, 48; 2020 No. 7 of Art. 831; 2021 No. 8 of the Art. 897):

1.1. Under Article 8:

1.1.1. Give Article 8.1 in the following edition:

"8.1. The agreement of compulsory insurance - the agreement signed between the insurer and the insurer on rendering compulsory insurance taking into account requirements of articles 8.1-1 and 8.1-2 of this Law, by issue to the insurer (in appropriate cases to insurers) the appropriate certificate about compulsory insurance, drawn up in electronic form and approved by means of the strengthened digital signature.";

1.1.2. Add with Article 8.1-2 of the following content:

"8.1-2. The insurance contract, the stipulated in Article 50-1.0.3 presents of the Law, consists the insurer by issue to the insurer or insured the appropriate insurance certificate.";

1.2. Under Article 9:

1.2.1. Add Article 9.1 with the second offer of the following content:

"Except for article 50-1.0.3 of this Law the insurance certificate by the types of compulsory insurance provided by this Law is drawn up in electronic form according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the digital signature and the electronic document.";

1.2.2. Repeal Article 9.2;
