About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2021 No. 1290

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2021 No. 1290 "About the register of socially oriented non-profit organizations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 32, the Art. 6023).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2021 No. 1290

1. In the paragraph the second Item 3 of the word of "executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation".

2. In Regulations on the procedure for maintaining the register of socially oriented non-profit organizations approved by the specified resolution:

a) in paragraphs the second and seventh Item 3 of the word "executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation";

b) declare item 4 invalid;
