1) in Article 18:

a) state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. For participation in auction the applicant makes deposit in the amount of:

20 percent of the starting price specified in the information message about sale of the state-owned or municipal property and component of 100 million rubles and more;

10 percent of the starting price specified in the information message about sale of the state-owned or municipal property and component less than 100 million rubles.";

b) add with Item 6.1 of the following content:

"6.1. The document confirming receipt of deposit into the account specified in the information message is the statement from this account.";

2) in Article 20:

a) state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. For participation in tender the applicant makes deposit in the amount of:

20 percent of the starting price specified in the information message about sale of the state-owned or municipal property and component of 100 million rubles and more;

10 percent of the starting price specified in the information message about sale of the state-owned or municipal property and component less than 100 million rubles.";

b) add with Item 5.1 of the following content:
