About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2013 No. 9
Based on part four of subitem 2.4 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 7, 2012 "About procedure for forming and use of means of innovative funds" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 357
1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure and the purposes of use of means of off-budget centralized investment funds approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2013 No. 9, the following changes:
the second Item 2 after figures "4.3" to add part with figures ", 4.3-1";
add item 4 with subitem 4.3-1 of the following content:
"4.3-1. financing of works on project development of the technical regulatory legal acts which are not relating to area of technical regulation and standardization;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
