2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:
2.1. in two-month time in coordination with the President of the Azerbaijan Republic according to the second offer of part one of article 11 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About power industry" to approve rules of use of heat energy;
