About enhancement of the organization of activities of Audit Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Determine the main objectives of Audit Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

deep and in-depth examination of process of forming of macroeconomic indicators and parameters of the draft of the Government budget, implementation of their critical evaluation from line items of the most full compliance to the major priorities of the pursued policy on deepening of market reforms and liberalization of economy, the adopted target comprehensive programs of economic and social development of the republic;

carrying out the itemized, factor analysis of forming and execution of revenues of the Government budget in industry and territorial cuts, assessment of reality and intensity of forecast indicators according to the main income items of the budget, having paid special attention on identification of reserves in fuel and energy complex, mining industry, in the field of production of consumer goods and trade, other dokhodoobrazuyushchy industries and spheres of economy;

implementation of monitoring of financial condition of business entities of agro-industrial complex, control of target, rational and effective use of budgetary funds, means of the state trust and other funds created according to decisions of Oliy Majlis, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan allocated for development of agricultural and water economy;
