Application of the measures of stimulation of activities in the field of the industry established according to the laws and other regulatory legal acts of subjects of the Russian Federation, stipulated in Item 1 part of 1 this Article, concerning the managing companies exercising control of set of the objects of industrial infrastructure intended for creation of industrial production or upgrade of industrial production is performed in case of compliance of such managing companies to the requirements established according to article 19 of this Federal Law.
