Article 1

1) in Article 1:

a) 1 after words of "public associations" to add part with words ", associations (unions), funds, autonomous nonprofit organizations (further - the organizations)";

b) regarding 2 words of "public associations" to replace with the word of "organizations";

2) in Article 2:

a) to "imprisonment" to add Item 1 after words with words ", to forced labor";

b) in Item 2 of the word "criminal penalty in the form of imprisonment" shall be replaced with words "criminal penalties in the form of imprisonment, forced labor";

3) Article 4 to add with part 3 following of content:

"3.
