Article 1

Bring in article 325 of the Federal Law of August 3, 2018 No. 289-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 32, the Art. 5082) the following changes:

1) in part 1:

b) add with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) the goods specified in Item 1 of this part and also other goods determined by the Government of the Russian Federation for their voluntary conveyance to citizens and the organizations - to the All-Russian social movement "Popular Front " For Russia ".";

To add 2) with part 8 of the following content:

"8. The government of the Russian Federation has the right to determine procedure and cases of voluntary conveyance by customs authorities of separate types of the goods turned into federal property, to federal executive bodies for the purpose of providing the tasks and functions assigned to them.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after thirty days after day of its official publication.
