About modification and amendments in the Code of Turkmenistan "About the earth"

Part one of Article 8 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. For the purpose of provision of the parcels of land in private property to citizens of Turkmenistan for construction of personal subsidiary farm in the rural zone, independent housing in the cities and settlements, and also provisions of lands in temporary use to joint-stock companies, farms, other legal entities and citizens of Turkmenistan for agricultural production are created special land funds.

Questions of creation of special land funds are considered by groups on the land questions of etraps (cities), welayats (city of Ashgabat) and the state agency on management of land resources.";

Part third of Article 12 to state 2) in the following edition:

"The authorities of areas make the decision on approval of the decision of the regional commission on the land questions on provision in temporary use of the parcels of land from special land fund for agricultural production to joint-stock companies, farms, other legal entities of Turkmenistan, and citizens of Turkmenistan.";
