About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning updating and enhancement of some provisions

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the following changes:

1. The paragraph one of part three of Article 18 to state in the following edition:

"3. The total amount of local debt and guaranteed by the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional council or city territorial society of debt as of the end of budget period cannot exceed 200 percent of annual average amount of the income of the general fund of the local budget which arrived for three previous budget periods preceding decision making of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional or city council about implementation of local borrowing and/or provision of local guarantee, without the income determined by Items 1, of 1-1 part one of Article 64, Item of 1 part one of article 66 of this Code, and interbudget transfers".

2. In Article 29:

1) in part two:

add with Item 16-4 of the following content:

"16-4) single tax which payer is the electronic resident (e-resident)";

state Item 29 in the following edition:

"29) payment for issue, renewal, prolongation of effective period of permissions to use of numbering resources";

in Item 51 of the word "cellular" to replace with the word of "mobile";

add with Items 57-1 and 57-2 of the following content:

"57-1) receipts within programs of budget support of the European Union;

57-2) grants on budget support from foreign states, foreign financial institutions and international financial institutions";

2) in part three:

in Item 2 of figure "16-2" to replace with figures "16-1";

in Item 5-1 of the word "on implementation of activities in the field of" shall be replaced with words "in the field of activities";
