About entering of amendments into part I of article 95 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic

I. In addition to questions which solution is carried by part I of article 95 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic to Millie's powers of Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic based on part IV of article 95 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic the solution of the following questions belongs to Millie's powers of Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic:

1. Appointment of members of Central Election Commission of the Azerbaijan Republic;

2. Election of part of members of council of management of public service of the Azerbaijan Republic;

3. Election of part of members of the commission on fight against corruption of the Azerbaijan Republic;

4. Election of part of members of Judicial and legal council of the Azerbaijan Republic;

5. Appointment of members of council of broadcasting of structure of Public TV and radio broadcasting.

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of publication.
