No. 68-76, 143)), and also for the purpose of streamlining of information accounting,

I ORDER:

1. Appendix No. 12 to Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration with the approved Order of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 197-200, 876), to add with the text:

PACOIL

The quota applied to liquid fuel to imported "Oil Platform" S.R.L to A.O. "Termoelectrica", based on the purchase and sale agreements confirmed to them, within amount of the established quota

PACROM

The quota applied to liquid fuel to imported "Rompetrol Moldova" of S.A. for A.O. "Termoelectrica", based on the purchase and sale agreements confirmed to them, within amount of the established quota
