About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" concerning booking of persons liable for call-up for mobilization and on wartime

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 16, Art. 255 with the following changes) the following changes:

1. In Article 23:

1) in the paragraph the fifteenth part of the first word of "tax police" shall be replaced with words "Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine";

2) part the fourth after the word are "specified" to be added with the words "in the paragraph the second part one and".

2. State Article 25 in the following edition:

"Article 25. Organization and procedure for booking of persons liable for call-up

1. Persons liable for call-up, working are subject to booking:

1) in public authorities, other state bodies, local government bodies if it is necessary for ensuring functioning of the specified bodies;

2) at the companies, in organizations and the organizations which establishes mobilization tasks (orders) if it is necessary for accomplishment of the established mobilization tasks (orders);

3) at the companies, in organizations and the organizations which perform production of goods, performance of works and rendering the services necessary for ensuring requirements of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military forming;

4) at the companies, in organizations and the organizations which are crucial for functioning of economy and ensuring life activity of the population during the special period. Criteria and procedure by which determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are crucial for functioning of economy and ensuring life activity of the population during the special period is performed are established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. The persons liable for call-up specified in part one of this Article are not subject to acceptance on service in war reserve.
