1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to rates of export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of the limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 27, 2021 No. 2068 "About rates of export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 49, Art. 8255; 2022, No. 14, Art. 2306; No. 23, Art. 3800; No. 27, Art. 4864; No. 32, Art. 5834; No. 37, Art. 6371).

1(1). Determine that according to provisions of Items 3 - 5 parts 6 of article 102 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" of restriction on application of temporary periodic customs declaring do not extend to the fertilizers classified by codes 3102, of 3103, of 3104, of 3105 CN FEA EEU.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
