a) between the Ministry of housing-and-municipal servicing, khokimiyat of the city of Tashkent, Toshkent Shahar suv tajminoti LLC and the SUEZ International SAS company (France) (further - the Company) the agreement of joint management existing within 7 years (further - the Agreement), on the "Transformation of Systems of Drinking Water Supply and Sewerage of the City of Tashkent" project on March 7, 2020 is signed (further - the Project);

b) the total cost of the Project constitutes 218, 8 million euros, including:

borrowing facilities of banks of Europe - 154, 5 million euros;

share of the Republic of Uzbekistan - 64, 3 million euros;

c) for the purpose of improvement of quality of services of drinking water supply and the sewerage to the level of the international standards Company is involved in joint management of system of drinking water supply and the sewerage of the city of Tashkent;
