1. in case of repeated presentation of such executive document to forced execution the enforcement proceeding on such is ended by the executive document based on part one of article 39 of the Law, and also on condition of payment by the debtor of the expenses of enforcement proceeding performed during enforcement proceeding in which the executive document is returned to the claimant (except cases when the executive document is returned by the private contractor whose activities are stopped);
